Aim HR Expert grew out of problems we ran into ourselves in small Thai businesses. HR work was scattered across LINE groups, Excel files and paper: staff typed “at work” into a chat, managers counted leave days by hand, and payroll lived in a spreadsheet whose formulas only one person understood. Most HR systems on the market meant installing a new app, retraining staff, and handing the data to the vendor.

So we built Aim HR Expert to live inside LINE, which staff already use, and to keep every record in the customer's own Google Sheet. The company genuinely owns its data, can open it at any time, and can leave whenever it wants. Every feature comes from a request by a customer using the system for real, from on-screen QR codes for factories to withholding certificates on the Revenue Department's official form.

Aim HR Expert is the sister product of Aim Expense, an expense, revenue and tax system for Thai SMEs built on the same idea: it runs through LINE and stores data in the customer's Drive. Both products are developed and supported by the same team.
