Billing questions
Does the 30-day free trial need a card?
You pick a plan and add a payment method when you start, but nothing is charged until the 30 days are over. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card, or PromptPay QR, through Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe and never touch our servers.
What is the difference between monthly, quarterly and yearly?
The features are identical. Longer billing periods cost less per month, and you can switch periods at renewal.
What happens if I have more staff than the plan allows?
The system asks you to upgrade before the next employee is added. Existing data is kept and everything keeps working in the meantime.
Can I get a receipt or tax invoice?
Every payment sends a receipt by email automatically. For a full tax invoice in your company's name, send your company details to contact@aimexpensys.com
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. All data lives in a Google Sheet in your company's Drive. After cancelling you can still open and use the file as usual.
