Time & attendance
Staff tap clock-in inside LINE and the system checks their position against the branch radius. Factories where the dormitory shares the fence use an on-screen QR that changes its code every 15–60 seconds, so a photo can't be passed around.
Leave & overtime
Leave is requested from LINE; the approver gets a notification and taps approve. Chains follow your roles, for example line manager then HR. Overtime is detected from clock-out time and always needs a reason first.
Payroll, tax & documents
Calculated from approved attendance, leave and overtime, with tax, social security and fund deductions at rates our team updates whenever the law changes. Payslips go to each employee's LINE; 50 Tawi certificates and PND.1 reports are ready to file.
